About my supervision practice
My supervision practice is designed specifically for hypnotherapists seeking a reflective, supportive, and non-judgmental space to grow both personally and professionally. I foster an environment where curiosity is encouraged, and the pressure to "get it right" is gently set aside in favour of open exploration and shared learning.
In our sessions, all perspectives are welcome. We work from the understanding that there are many possible approaches—some more effective than others depending on the context—and that flexibility and openness are essential qualities in therapeutic work. Supervision is not about having all the answers, but about cultivating insight, confidence, and adaptability.
Together, we build a space where you can safely examine your practice, celebrate your strengths, and navigate challenges with honesty and creativity. Whether you're refining your technique, exploring ethical dilemmas, or simply needing a place to reflect, my goal is to support your development with empathy, clarity, and respect.

I specialise in Supervision of:
therapists who are trained in Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, particularly those whose work aligns with the approaches of Michael Yapko and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
Supervision Experience:
For over 15 years, I have provided both group and individual supervision to a wide range of therapists. I view this work as a meaningful way to give back to the hypnotherapy community that has supported me throughout my career. Supporting the development of new practitioners is something I find deeply rewarding—it’s a privilege to witness their growth and be part of their professional journey.
