I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist & NLP Coach & Trainer. I am also on the Faculty of IAP (The Institute Of Applied Psychology) • My mission is to help you reach your own healthy life goals, to have access to ongoing emotional freedom & to have strategies that help keep you on track, happy & not feeling stuck or overwhelmed. • My goal is to provide a solid framework for you to use in all aspects of your life. • So you may live, work and perform at your best level with clarity and purpose.
