With over a decade of clinical experience at Hypfocus Therapies and Training, I am a clinical hypnotherapist, counsellor, and psychotherapist specialising in integrative, evidence-based mind–body treatment. I support clients to resolve complex and often persistent issues, including anxiety disorders, IBS and gut–brain conditions, TMJ and bruxism, body-focused repetitive behaviours (such as nail biting, hair pulling, and skin picking), performance optimisation, and weight-related challenges. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the nervous system, helping clients create lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief. My approach is tailored and integrative, drawing on Clinical Hypnotherapy alongside modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Flash Technique for trauma processing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), NLP, EFT, and other somatic and cognitive approaches. Each session is adapted to the individual, ensuring therapy is both precise and effective. I offer sessions in-person in Mentone and via telehealth across Australia, Monday to Saturday. As a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the ACA College of Supervisors, I also provide professional supervision for counsellors and hypnotherapists, supporting clinical skill development and reflective practice.
