With my background as a medical doctor and nuclear medicine specialist, I realise that mental health is complex and multi-layered, often requiring a collaborative, team-based approach. I am passionate about bridging the gaps between medical professionals, wellness practitioners, counsellors, and psychologists, with the goal of improving mental health outcomes for all.
