Method of
Payment
Please note:
If you are registering via the online system paying credit
card and booking accommodation you will be required to enter
your credit card details twice. If you elect to book
accommodation you will be asked in this section to provide
your credit card details to secure your room booking. This
is a standard procedures used at most hotels. The credit
card that you enter into this section will not be used by
the Conference Secretariat. At the end of the registration
system you will have the opportunity to elect your preferred
form of payment for your Conference registration. Should you
choose to pay by credit card you will need to enter your
credit card details in this payment section.
Payment of fees must accompany all
registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed
until full payment is received. Payment can be made by any
of the following methods:

Management. |
Payment
must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an
Australian bank and free from all charges.
Please note that
debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as
Conexion Event Management.
Payment
Plan
There will be payment plan
available for the conference. This will consist of
delegates being able to make 3 installments to pay the full
conference registration fee of $495.00. This will incur an
administration cost of $16.50 and installments will need to
made on the following dates

– 19 June 2009 |

– 14 August 2009 |

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be
notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received prior to 26 August 2009 will receive
a full refund less AUD100 administration charge.
Cancellations received on or after 26 August will not be
refunded.
If you are unable to
attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the
Congress Secretariat

If you have any special dietary
or access requirements please ensure that you complete the
appropriate section on the registration form.
